BAM – Better Work Environment is Sweden’s largest and most popular work environment training, and this course provides you with the fundamentals needed to conduct effective work environment management. Our BAM online course offers a holistic perspective on work environment issues and corresponds to a traditional instructor-led training. The difference is that you will participate via video link.
Purpose
The participant will gain basic knowledge of work environment management and a solid understanding of how cooperation between employers, safety representatives, and other employees should function in work environment matters.
Course Content
- SAM – Systematic Work Environment Management, OSA – Organisational and Social Work Environment.
- How participants can collaborate on work environment issues in the workplace.
- How the participant can identify risks and contribute to preventive measures to achieve a good work environment.
- How the participant can follow and understand the connection between a good work environment and the organisation’s development.
- How the participant can search for further information and apply it in daily work environment practices.
Target Group
Managers, supervisors, safety representatives, and employees who, in their professional role, need knowledge about how work environment issues should be handled.
Course Duration
Two days of instructor-led online training – you participate via video link.
