The course objectives are to enhance general and callcenter related vocabulary for technical matters, security, business and market. 

Some of the course contents are; breaking the ice – introductions and small talk, TM vocabulary, telephoning services and dealing politely with customers questions.

The programme will be customized to the needs of the participants and therefore flexible.
